English Channel Swim Playlist – I NEED HELP!

[Nov 2020 update: Thanks to all who have contributed to the playlist – it is much improved! I continue to add songs – suggestions please!]

That I need help should be painfully obvious. I know there is a lot of Disney. Oh, I know it. But here’s the thing, as it turns out, Disney has been absolutely churning out songs eerily appropriate for marathon swimming 🙂

  • Moana – duh
  • Frozen – “cold never bothered me anyway”
  • Go the Distance – self explanatory
  • Try Everything – “even though I could fail”

So I’m keeping them in there, and there’s nothing you can do to stop me 🙂 However, I would be eternally grateful for suggestions in the comments below for songs I could add to this playlist. If they would be good stuck in your head for 11 hours in 60 degree water, I’m in… but if they made me seem a little cooler, I wouldn’t mind that either 😂

Wide Open Spaces was on one of my college team’s mixes – perfect! These are great – and self defense for you when carpooling with me to the beach 🙂
