Heard back from Tim Denyer – he is hoping for a 2021 Croatia camp, May 2-8
While writing my March-October summary I saw that in September I said that my plan to keep 8 hours free 3 days a week was working so-so. I can report that it has now completely exploded.
I woke up at 4 again today. I am thinking that the problem is that I get that weird bloaty/not eliminating fluids thing when I work until 9 on Wednesdays. I come home and pee/hydrate/pee/hydrate. Then I’m so exhausted on Wednesday nights that I fall into a deep, deep sleep, awakening at 4 with bladder pain that has probably been there for a while. I piss like a racehorse, but have slept long and deeply enough that I can’t get back to sleep. Even though 6 hours is not enough at this level of training.
Not sure what the solution is.
