Did some 100 repeats in 1:12 that felt pretty solid. Need to lengthen my stroke and keep my legs up. Soooo many flip turns training this many yards short course – First time in my life I’m wishing for a 50 meter pool! I got in over 5000 yards today in my pre-masters-coaching/post-masters-coaching divided w/o.
